She and her husband, Major Khurshid‑ul‑Zaman Khan, dedicated their lives to this mission.

At a press conference in Lahore, President Governing Body Mr. Ziauddin Ansari presented the annual performance report of Surayya Azeem Hospital and paid tribute to Mrs. Surayya Azeem for dedicating her life savings to establish the welfare hospital in 1989. Located in Chauburji, the hospital continues to serve deserving patients through Zakat and donations. He outlined plans for modernization and expansion, urged public support to continue quality healthcare services, and was joined by senior hospital officials.

Mr. Khawaja Salman Rafique (MPA PP-153), visited the free medical camp at Surayya Azeem Hospital. He was warmly received by Mr. Zia ud Din Ansari, President of the Governing Body, Dr. Fawad Noor, Medical Superintendent, and Mr. Zaheer Malik, Director of Administration. Other hospital staff members were also present on the occasion. The visit highlighted the hospital’s commitment to providing accessible and quality healthcare services to the community.

The appeal received full support from Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman as well as Naib Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Liaqat Baloch, who emphasized the collective responsibility of society in supporting charitable healthcare institutions.
